We would like to receive some more information from you in addition to your skydive trip. Your birth name and passport number are required to book the flight ticket.
If you use Airboss material, such as parachute and jumpsuit, then we would also like to know your height and weight. The other information applies to the waiver form that must be completed on the drop zone on site.
