Frequently asked questions about skydiving in Morocco
How does the organised trip to Beni Mellal work?
Fully organised group trip from Amsterdam. Group flight from Amsterdam to Casablanca (CMN), then a reserved transfer of about 3 to 4 hours to Beni Mellal. The return trip works the same way.
What is included in the package?
Training (briefings, coaching, jumps) and guidance towards a globally recognised licence; return flight Amsterdam to Casablanca; group transfer; twin room; half board and lunch on the drop zone; local hosting. Optional: day trip to Marrakech. Not included: insurance with sports cover.
Which courses can I follow and at what level do I join?
AFF, Airwareness, Airboss Academy and Expert Skydiver. Beginners start with AFF; experienced jumpers join at the right level after a short intake.
What is the weather like in winter?
Often sunny and mild. When there is wind or low cloud, we move jumps and continue with theory, ground training and video analysis. As soon as conditions allow, we catch up on the jumps.
Can I bring my own gear?
Yes. We first do a safety and suitability check. Training equipment is available if you do not have your own rig.
Do I get a globally recognised licence?
Yes, after successful completion you receive a globally recognised licence that matches the programme you followed.
What insurance do I need?
A travel insurance policy with sports cover for skydiving and medical expenses abroad is mandatory. Always check your policy conditions and coverage before you travel.
Do I need vaccinations for Morocco?
For most travellers there are no mandatory vaccinations. Advice is personal. Plan a consult 6 to 8 weeks before departure with a travel clinic; DTP and Hepatitis A are often recommended.
Do I need a visa or special documents?
Many EU travellers can visit Morocco without a visa for a short stay. Always check the latest visa requirements and passport validity with your own government or embassy.
Can I extend my stay or make extra jumps?
Yes. A second week is possible at an additional cost, with limited availability. Extra solo jumps can be planned in consultation, depending on schedule and conditions.
In which language is the coaching?
Dutch and English. Hand-outs and briefings are practical and easy to follow.
